Bioenergy

The Integrated Graduate Program in Bioenergy is the result of a cooperation agreement between the three São Paulo state universities: University of São Paulo (USP), University of Campinas (UNICAMP), and São Paulo State University “Júlio de Mesquita Filho” (UNESP). This is an interinstitutional doctoral program (stricto sensu) focused on knowledge generation and aimed at training highly qualified human resources for teaching and research in academic institutions and companies. Graduates of the program will be prepared to face the international challenges inherent to replacing fossil fuels and other products derived from fossil sources with similar compounds obtained from biomass, both in the production and use of these products.
