Regulations

The Postgraduate Program in Food Technology of FEA/UNICAMP was created in 1969 and currently offers Master’s, Doctoral and Direct Doctoral (without the title of Master) programs. In 1970 the Faculty of Food Engineering was indicated by the National Council of Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) as a center of excellence, and its postgraduate programs are recognized by the Organization of American States (OAS). The teaching body of the Postgraduate Program in Food Technology has 15 professors, all with a doctorate, who act in three different research lines with different projects, constantly updated to meet the increasing demand, both nationally and internationally, for highly qualified professionals. There are currently approximately 100 students enrolled on the program.
